  Alex helped me out with everything he had for everything I needed to know. As soon as I walked in, he asked me what kind of the car I need, and he tried the best he can to help me out to get the car and find the price that I would like to pay.The car that I wanted to get was the Lexus RC 350F Sport ( white + black interior ). After everything set and I left the dealer, I got a call from Alex couple hours later about the car since that was just a demonstration with 4000 miles on it, and he asked me do I really want that or not, because he didn't want me feel upset about the car since I wanted the brand new one. That's the point where I gave him the 5 stars. Working with Alex, you got no hype or pressure, he really helps you out about getting the car with an easy and low stress experience. I'll absolutely call him again if I need anything.

  Let me preface this review with the fact that we actually didn't buy a car from this dealership and the only reason we didn't is because we decided to take a completely different route and purchased a completely different type of vehicle. Wound up at this dealership to look at a vehicle they had in stock on the their web site. Trey and Paul are 2 great guys and spent a lot of time with us and displayed nothing but respect and patience. Trey kept in touch with us and kept us up to date on new trades and vehicles coming in that met the criteria we were looking for. Paul showed us ALL our options and what could fit our budget and how vehicles that we were interested in could work for us. Absolutely no pressure or games played here, just good people selling good cars. If we do decide to go the Lexus route in the future, we know that we will definitely be purchasing from here!

  Purchased my 2014 Lexus GS 350 from the place. Arrogant and rude sales staff. You wouldn't expect to be treated with such disrespect when spending $35,000. Safe to say I will not be returning to Lexus of Cherry Hill.
