  This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with an attorney. That is saying a lot, because my wife and I needed to file a bankruptcy. I contacted Jeff, and his experience and professionalism were unmistakable. He is also a very entertaining person that treats you like a friend and is very enjoyable to converse with. Jeff returns calls as soon as he gets messages or as soon as humanly possible. I felt free to call whenever I had questions, and Jeff always took as much time as needed and always gave me thorough answers that I really appreciated. I was extremely pleased from beginning to end, and would recommend Jeff to anyone who needs legal advice or representation for bankruptcy.

  My meeting Attorney Jeffrey Walters has been such a blessing for me. I was faced with some serious legal situations. I counsulted with serveral attorneys before coming across Mr. Walters. They made me feel as if there was no hope. Upon finding Attorney Walters and explaining the issues to him, he showed not only professionalism but concern. He listened attentively and acted aggressively on my behalf. He didn't make a bunch of empty promises and he explained what the outcome could or could not be which caused me to trust him.   I retained Mr. Walters for a real estate case. I picked him after searching online for real estate lawyers in the Mt. Laurel and Marlton area. What really made me want to retain him (besides his years of experience) was that his receptionist transferred me right to him and he personally got on the phone with me to discuss my case. I was not passed on to an assistant or paralegal, and he gave me his time to speak with me about my situation right away. His experience was very useful in my case, and he was able to resolve things for me without any problems. I would definitely call him again for any real estate matter, and I recommend him highly.

  Jeff represented me for a bankruptcy, and I highly recommend Jeffrey Walters as a bankruptcy attorney. Jeff went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks to his hard work, knowledge, and experience, I was able to obtain a fresh start quickly. As someone who had always had very good credit, the idea of filing bankruptcy was scary. I did extensive research and met with several attorneys before I decided to hire Jeff. I’m pleased to say that I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use Jeff. The most important thing that differentiates Jeff from other attorneys is his attention to detail. He took the time to understand my situation and did a detailed analysis. Other attorneys told me that I had to file a Chapter 13 and didn't have any choice. Jeff’s understanding of the intricacies of the law and thorough analysis of my situation allowed me to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy instead. Everything went perfectly and I was able to wipe out all of my debts and be out of bankruptcy quickly. If I had done the Chapter 13 as other attorneys said, I would have been in bankruptcy for 5 years and would have had to make Trustee payments every month. Jeff walked me through the process and always kept me informed about everything. He was always available by phone and email and always got back to me quickly when I had questions (I had a lot!). Even after the case was finished, whenever I had questions about anything he always got back to me just as quickly as he did while my case was going on. His knowledge and experience were really comforting to me. I highly recommend Jeff as a bankruptcy attorney.
